So much has happened since last year… sorry for neglecting you… I am back ;)
I hit rock bottom…
There is the anticipation which is almost killing you… it is the journey which climaxes in an mind blowing event. You can’t stop thinking about it.
And you are enjoying ever minute, second, of it… but never the less. You hit rockbottom. Because the event has a limited life span.
The clock is ticking… tick.. tock… you can feel it, you can here it….
After that you are still hovering on a high. Feel like embracing the whole world. Be able to accomplish everything.
But the minute you let go. The minute you give yourself a break you shrink. As if all your liquid and air is sucked out of your body.
What remains is something that was an amazing version of yourself. You hit rockbottom.
It’s like coming down from a hill, where you had this amazing view, where everything made sense, cause you saw it from a different perspective.
Welcome to the Valley. What is the next step. currently you are turning around yourself not knowing what to do next. Where to go.
Do you want to climb another mountain but most likely end up in the valley again… do you just want to walk out to the medioCrazy of life the plateau of ordinary?
Or is your goal to settle on the mountain? The only thing you can’t to is sit down and frown. That’s your death sentence.
So move your ass and get back into the game.

More Halloween Food ideas. Quick and simple. Today: Eyeballs
1) Take cherry tomatoes and take out the inner/”slimy” bit ;)
2) Take mozzarella balls (if you get them otherwise cut your mozzarella in the right shape), put them in the tomatoes and put a little whole in the middle for the pupil.
3) Use a caper (or a piece of olive) for the pupill.
4) I used a withered flower head on a toothstick for deco.
5) Place on plate and enjoy!

Non alcoholic Drink for Halloween. I call it BRAINS (in Germany we call it MARMOR). Basic ingredients are chilled BANANA JUICE (first) and chilled CHERRY JUICE (second) on the rocks. ENJOY.
